The pitch as an illuminated medieval map. Cells a league goal has come from this season are land, the rest is sea. It posts when a goal arrives from somewhere new.

Methodology
- The pitch is cut into 150 cells. A cell becomes land when a Premier League goal is scored from it this season (Opta, league goals only).
- Land is shaded by goal count. The first goal from each cell is recorded with the scorer, club and distance. Own goals are marked as own goals.
- The longest goal of the season is marked with a gold star.
- Posted once at launch, then when at least one new cell is charted, at most once a week.
